Have you heard of Ella Bella? If not, you have to check out their cute online store! Having a little girl myself, we have gone through many types of hair clips. Some stay in and some don’t. Some break easily and some don’t. My experience with Ella Bella hair clippies has been great! I was really amazed at how sturdy and well made they were. They were not flimsy and the ribbon never came off the clips. One great characteristic of the clips is that they each come with a small non-slip pad so that the clip stays in. This is great for kids with very thin hair or barely any hair at all.

Lots of people think small clips are only for babies but theses great clips will dress up big girl’s outfit too. These make great gifts so check them out!

Days Ago Digital Counter Review and Giveaway

How many times have you wondered how long something has been in the fridge? I tend to smell them but sometimes my husband dares to taste them. Well wonder no more…have you ever heard of DaysAgo? It’s a digital day counter that attaches to a variety of surfaces to let you know how many days ago has passed. It comes in three kinds – magnetic, suction or band attachment. I got to try the magnetic and suction one. I used the suction for plastic and glass containers in the fridge and I used the magnetic one for any jars that has the metal lids like Mayo, pickles, etc. I also used one of the suction counters on one of my plants that I always tend to overwater or dry up. I plan to order some band attachment ones to use on the coffee and chip bags in my pantry. The product has been featured in the Oprah Show, Good Morning America, HGTV and Real Simple magazine so a lot of other people love them as much as I do. I wish I discovered them earlier since this would have been great for baby food. My husband and I used a Sharpie to write on the the lid of the baby food but it usually got smudged or unreadable. My First Sleepover book review

Thank goodness for babysitters! Whether it be a grandparent, an aunt/uncle or a friend, we need some adult time! When my daughter had her first sleepover, we got her this book. The story is about Elmo’s first sleepover at his grandparents’ house. The best part is that the book comes with a CD with a read-along narration.

I am a sucker for things that are personalized. They are just so fun and I think it makes the child feel special. I came across Frecklebox and contacted them. They sent me a personalized zoo storybook and a notebook. The personalized book is so cool! My daughter loved finding her name on each page and loved cheering every time she found it. Frecklebox has a wide range of products and they recently added clipboards. I’m going to be ordering one of those for a 5 year old that loves to write and color. These products make great gifts! Baby Dipper Giveaway and Review

Mealtimes can get kinda crazy when you have two kids under 3. We recently had the chance to try out the Baby Dipper which was invented by a mommy of two sets of twins. The bowl is triangular shaped with a non-slip rubber base. It is slightly angled to make scooping up the food a bit easier. It is made so that you only need one hand to feed your child.

I have been using this for a few months now, and really like it. It is great for feeding my little one solids, while also trying to keep an eye on my toddler while he feeds himself. I can see it being really useful when my youngest starts to lear how to feed herself. My toddler has also used it for rice, and I like how the bowl doesn’t slip every time he tries to scoop us his food. I think the only thing I would like to see is a bigger size, for larger sized appetites like my toddler.

My 3 1/2 year daughter has always enjoyed music. She loves Sound of Music, Mamma Mia and Taylor Swift songs. Some of this content however is a little bit too mature for her age so when I found the Here We Go CD. She liked the cover of the bear and has enjoyed most of the songs. Her favorite is . It’s upbeat and age appropriate. It gives my daughter of a non-kiddie CD since it’s not within cartoons,etc.

It gives my daughter a non-cartoon CD which makes her feel all grown up but the lyrics are age appropriate. Her favorite is the CD cover and design of course. She can listen to the whole CD and has been enjoying the songs in our drive to and from preschool. Her favorite is Baby Food. The CD is upbeat.
